Multiple Maps

Xplorama has a unique paging feature that allows you to view multiple maps within the app. This makes it easy to compare places you may want to visit; or what a particular place has to offer.

A perfect example of how you might use this feature is when deciding on a day out...

Oxford vs Cambridge

You fancy a day out at a historic university city, rich in culture and places of interest - but which do you choose?

Start by searching for one of the places on the shortlist - Oxford.

Here we type oxford in the address bar at the top...

After pressing search, the map will move to Oxford - from here we press the + button at the top right to open a new map...

After pressing the + button you will now have two identical maps open as indicated by the dots at the foot of the page. We now need to move this map to Cambridge, do this by typing "cambridge" in the address bar at the top and then hit "Search"...

Let the competition begin...

Now the funs starts. We can begin by checking the weather to see which place will have the best weather, looks like there's nothing to choose between them...

What can we go see!

We can also easily check out the historic sites of interest each place has to offer...

Can I get some noodles please...

And finally we can see who can serve up noodles for a tasty pit stop!
